It's better to love and lost then not love at all

We meet people everyday
Some special people along the way
We guard our hearts and shun our feelings away
When Life indeed, is short in a way.

We say to ourself to wait a little while
Sometimes a little while might be too long to wait
Not that our heart's not willing to wait
But it's tomorrow that's never here to stay.

I've met my love and waited a while
A little too long for me to learn the magic words
I lost her now cuz tomorrow wasn't there for her
And now i live in regret knowin that
It's better to love and lost then not to love at all
